Role Description

This is an exciting full‑time, on‑site role based in Islamabad for an Outbound Sales Representative. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with prospective customers, and driving sales growth through outbound sales calls. Key tasks include conducting market research to identify potential clients, reaching out to leads, and ensuring consistent follow‑ups to build relationships with clients. As part of the role, the representative will also deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales, with a proven ability to drive revenue and meet targets
• Proficient in Lead Generation and prospecting to identify and secure new clients
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the capability to engage with diverse clients effectively
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Self‑motivated and goal‑driven, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
