Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales. USA campaign experience preferred. Fluent in English with an American accent (essential). Ability to retain clients and resolve queries professionally. Available to work Monday – Friday (7 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 AM PK time). Salary : Rs 35,000 – Rs 70,000 per month + Commissions and bonuses. USA National Holidays + 14 Additional Annual Leaves. Full‑time Onsite.
Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a confident and well-spoken Outbound Sales Representative for USA based Internet Service Campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients over the phone in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Upsell and generate new sales opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently to ensure long-term business.
- Write professional emails and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop long‑term working relationships with T&T and Internet Services based clients in USA.
