Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs. Translate business requirements into effective and scalable software solutions. Design wireframes and mockups to visualize application interfaces and workflows. Draft detailed technical requirement documents that provide clear guidance for development teams. Create and maintain UML diagrams, flowcharts, and status workflows to model system architecture and processes. Develop comprehensive user guides to assist end-users in understanding and using the software. Conduct client demos to showcase product functionality and gather feedback for improvement. Perform functional testing to ensure software meets the specified requirements and delivers quality results. Exhibit excellent written and spoken English communication skills for client interactions and documentation. Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or relevant field Confidence working with complex data and systems. An understanding of how IT can be used to resolve problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization. Time management and organizational skills. Understanding of, project management techniques. Analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Creation of Reports and Dashboards. Documentation and Presentation Team player. Good time-management skills. Personal skills

Working Hours & Compensation

Working hours : 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday Health Insurance Coverage (including OPD) Annual Salary Increments Yearly bonus based on individual & team performance
