System Analyst / Business Development Manager

WE NEED PROFESSIONAL ONLINE BIDDERS WHO GOT EXPERIENCE ON FORUMS LIKE ELANCE, FREELANCER, GURU, ODESK ETC. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE ON THESE FORUMS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

Generate business from bidding portals (Elance, RentaCoder, freelancer, getafreelancer, guru, odesk and other paid project freelance portals).
Must know complete sales cycle - Bidding, negotiating and closure of the deal.
Write winning proposals and coordinate between client and team.
Understanding the project requirement and explain to technical team, communicating with the client.
Proposing instant solution to customers.
Regular follow-ups with customers.
Writing technical docs a plus.

Job Specification

Good knowledge of IT Industry, software development, trends and technologies.

Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English (both written and verbal).

Attention to detail, teamwork & motivational skills required.

Interpersonal skills.

Convincing abilities.

Creativity and proactivity.
