We are currently looking for outstanding individuals to join our growing team. We are a small but rapidly growing company with a friendly but focused team.

Positions available : Part-Time / Full-Time. All training will be provided.

Job Description Summary :

Creating and managing product listings on eBay & Amazon and on other online sales channels.

Responsible for customer service queries via e-mail or phone regarding products and orders.

Undertake new stock entry and maintain accurate stock levels.

Responsibilities :

Taking professional pictures of products, editing, and uploading on eBay / Amazon / Company website.

Ensuring all products are clearly listed with features, benefits, and detailed descriptions for each item.

Reviewing product listings and amending detailed descriptions as necessary.

Replying to customer queries.

Printing posting labels and keeping tracking records.

Maintaining inventory of stock.

Conducting regular price checks to ensure our prices remain competitive.

Researching and responding to competitor activity / pricing to protect / enhance market share.

Keeping each marketplace updated with all the latest products and promotions.

Managing logistics of inbound stock from suppliers.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills :

Great attention to detail.

Basic to advanced Photoshop or other photo-editing skills.

Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Competent use of Word / Excel / Internet.

Understanding of online sales strategies.

Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Good time management skills.
