Position Purpose :
We are currently seeking talented and driven individuals to join our team as Bidding experts for Upwork & Freelancer.com. The candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months of mid-level experience in the service industry, specifically on freelance platforms such as Upwork, freelancer.com and People Per Hour. Exceptional writing skills are paramount for this role.
Education & Professional Qualification :
Degree(s) / Major(s) : Bachelor or Masters in a relevant field from a
reputed local / foreign University.
- Certification(s) : Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience :
6+ months of relevant experience with freelancing projects and
generating business through platforms.
Experience with Freelancing platforms and account servicing is mandatory.Responsibilities :
Strong background in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Outreach, and Lead Generation for targeting decision-makers and building sales pipelines.Demonstrated experience with email marketing campaigns (cold email outreach, drip campaigns, and nurturing sequences) to convert leads into paying clients.Prior experience with account servicing, client communication, and maintaining long-term relationships is mandatory.Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach.Meet and exceed the assigned sales target through effective pitching and negotiation.Facilitate all interpersonal communication.Manage interaction with clients efficiently.Collaborate with the team to strategize B2B sales initiatives and implement email marketing campaigns.Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential clients.Reporting & follow-up with clients.Requirements :
Ability to research and identify qualified prospects using LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, and other B2B databases.Hands-on knowledge of email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar).Strong copywriting skills for writing personalized, engaging outreach emails and LinkedIn messages.Understanding of deliverability best practices (avoiding spam triggers, using proper subject lines, warming up domains).Ability to track and report KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, response rates, and conversions.Excellent English communication (written & spoken) for client-facing interactions and negotiations.Self-motivated with strong time management and target achievement skills.Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar).Experience in A / B testing campaigns and optimizing outreach strategies.Basic knowledge of B2B SaaS / IT service sales cycle.Exposure to multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn + Email + Freelancing Platforms)Benefits :
