Extensive experience in online marketing on job portals like Elance, Guru, Freelancer, Odesk etc Experience in Proposal writing on RFQs Identify and develop business opportunities for the Company’s services. Define and follow up of monthly targets and objectives. Determine new opportunities. Serve as lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects. Pro-actively hunt for target clients and generate leads. Build referral and lead generation network. Develop the corporate brand strategy. Forecast long and short-range market potential for Management’s analysis. Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing plans. Participate in client interactions for knowledge transfer, updates and review meetings.
Job Specification
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent. Followings are the skills required for BDE; Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to engage and influence a lead. Effective time management to align sales efforts with sales targets. Ability to handle clients and provide regular updates on projects. Ability to work with project team in executing the projects. Able to see the larger picture, willing to take responsibility for tasks and initiatives. Attention to detail in planning and communication is an asset. Understand and work towards established business targets. Self starter and team player.
