Job descriptionOwn the end-to-end process of collecting, cleaning, transforming, and validating large datasets, with a strong focus on financial data. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using advanced data visualization tools (Tableau preferred). Conduct deep-dive analysis into financial performance, forecasting, and business trends to guide strategic planning. Work closely with finance, operations, and executive leadership to understand reporting needs and deliver data solutions. Write complex SQL queries and use advanced Excel functionalities to generate ad-hoc reports and reconcile data from various sources. Apply Python and Data Engineering tools to automate data workflows and perform advanced analytics. Provide quick turnaround on data requests and develop scalable reporting systems to support recurring business questions. Ensure clarity and transparency of reports by documenting data sources, logic, and assumptions. Present insights and findings in a structured, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on financial data Strong skills in SQL and Excel Experience using Tableau or similar tools for dashboards and reports Good knowledge of Python and Data Engineering concepts Comfortable working with large datasets from multiple sources Able to forecast, analyze and explain financial data clearly Strong presentation skills Experience working with financial reports Results-Driven Proactive & Takes Initiative Balances Speed & Quality End-User Obsessed Strong Communicator Super Organized Independent & Team Player Eager to Learn Screening & Intro Call (5-10 mins) Chemistry meeting (15-30 minutes) Technical interview (30-60 minutes) Technical Assessment Final interview : Career and Company Alignment (30-60 minutes) Offer extended to successful applicants
