About This Role
As a Retail Operations, you will be part of the Singapore Growth team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our retail sales operations processes. This will report into a Channel Manager based in Singapore. This position offers remote working in Pakistan.
You will be responsible for maintaining and updating sales records, customer databases, and relevant documentation. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you track sales performance metrics, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities on a weekly basis.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team and management to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, outlining key performance metrics and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will be tasked with reconciling retail commission on a monthly basis, including various base commissions and incentives, utilizing specialized accounting or sales commission software.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and relevant documentation.
- Track sales performance metrics, generate reports, and conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities on a weekly basis.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, outlining key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Reconcile retail commission on a monthly basis, including various base commissions and incentives, using specialized accounting or sales commission software.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve issues related to sales records and commission calculations.
- Collaborate effectively with sales teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Adapt to and learn new software and tools quickly to enhance efficiency in sales operations processes.
