Our rapidly expanding US-based transportation firm is seeking driven Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team. Over the past year, we have launched two new divisions and opened two satellite offices, and now we’re looking for skilled professionals who can contribute to the next phase of our growth journey. What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at overcoming objections, and motivated by results. You must have excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to turn cold calls into warm opportunities. A reliable internet connection, backup power, and a dual-monitor setup are essential for remote productivity. Responsibilities

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients across the US. Engage decision makers in persuasive conversations to introduce company services. Qualify leads by identifying client needs and potential fit. Schedule appointments, product demos, or follow-up calls for senior sales staff. Log all activities and conversations accurately in the CRM system. Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects until they are ready for conversion. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, improve outreach strategies, and hit weekly / monthly targets. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales. Strong background in outbound prospecting, cold calling, or tele sales. Hands-on experience with CRMs and proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. Quick learner with adaptability to new platforms and digital tools. High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle objections effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present value propositions confidently.
