Motive is building a world-class Business Development Representative (BDR) program to accelerate the development of high-performing talent for Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Account Executive (AE) positions. Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Motive, you will play a crucial role in generating early-stage sales activity and enriching our pipeline for the CMR segment (CFS 10-49). This intensive program is designed to develop your sales skills and prepare you for future growth within Motive. You will receive comprehensive training and coaching, with clear milestones for ramp-up and promotion eligibility.
