• 7+ years of industry experience in PEGA Application Deployment and Development.
• Ability to lead the team.
• Experience with Agile development processes and continuous integration.
• Experience working with remote and offshore resources as manager.
• Good analysis and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Actively participate in design and development of CRM applications.
• PEGA Certification is a must.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft and building integrations with Salesforce.
• Bachelor's Degree.

The ideal candidate must be an expert with business processes in the CRM industry. He / she is results oriented, focused on delivering results not just activities, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems. He / she is able to make sound decisions and acts as a role model to the junior members of the team.
