Recruiter For Business Analysts (Remote, Contract)

Location : Remote

About the role

You’ll source and screen Business Analyst candidates for research projects and move qualified profiles through our process.

Responsibilities

  • Source Business Analyst candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
  • Run outreach, screen for fit and availability
  • Follow our workflows, training, and information-security policies

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of recruiting or talent-sourcing experience
  • Strong search, outreach, and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
