Job Responsibilities

• Project Management and Control.
• Preparation of Tender documents for contractors.
• Preparation of Contract Documents plus bill of material.
• Development of specifications for the construction contracts.
• Preparation of Project Financial Costings for Biddings.
• Preparation of Method statements for tendering.
• Project Presentations to various clients.
