Associate Project Manager

for its fast growing business. Responsibilities : Support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, with a focus on information security requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with relevant security standards. Assist in identifying and evaluating information security risks associated with projects and support the implementation of risk mitigation measures. Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient information exchange. Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management documentation, such as project plans, schedules, and status reports. Monitor project progress and identify potential deviations from the plan, taking appropriate actions to address them. Assist in the management of project budgets, resources, and timelines, considering security-related constraints and requirements. Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices, including change management and quality assurance. Participate in project-related meetings, offering input and support as required. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, procedures, and tools. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering. At least 2+ years of experience in project management or related technical roles. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating and inspiring team members. Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
