Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced

HR Manager

to manage end-to-end HR operations for a fully remote workforce. A

background in the IT industry is preferable , as you will support technical teams and fast-paced digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Advise leadership on workforce planning, staffing, and employee development.

Support company culture, engagement, and retention initiatives.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

Build strong candidate pipelines and collaborate with hiring managers.

Oversee smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

Serve as the primary HR contact for employee questions and concerns.

Mediate conflicts and promote a healthy, supportive work environment.

Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for improvement.

Drive performance review cycles and support goal‑setting processes.

Coach managers on performance improvement and feedback practices.

Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.

Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and HRIS data.

Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.

Support payroll inputs, benefits coordination, and contract management.

Lead virtual engagement and team‑building activities.

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Enhance internal communication and overall employee experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

5+ years of HR generalist or HR management experience.

Experience in the IT industry or with technical teams (preferred).

Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

Experience with HRIS tools and remote collaboration platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
