Job descriptionDevelop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Oversee employee relations, address workplace concerns, and ensure timely and fair resolution of conflicts through professional and structured methods. Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, maintaining up-to-date documentation and HR records. Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment processes, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies, disciplinary actions, and best practices. Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ensure continuous improvement across HR processes. Manage HR reporting, analytics, and documentation to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, employee relations, and handling complex HR cases with professionalism.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment.
