Position Overview :
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all human resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process across all functions.
- Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs to build employee capability.
- Maintain HR metrics and prepare regular reports on headcount, attrition, and performance trends.
Support organizational change and culture-building initiatives.
Supervise payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
Requirements :
Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of progressive HR experience.Strong understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and performance management frameworks.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
