Key Responsibilities : Design and develop electronic hardware for embedded systems and industrial applications. Select components based on performance, cost, and availability considerations. Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs using Altium, KiCad, or Eagle. Ensure power management, signal integrity, and compliance with EMI / EMC standards. Conduct hardware validation, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and production teams for seamless system integration. Develop and maintain technical documentation (design files, test reports, and user manuals). Support prototype development and transition designs from concept to mass production. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications : Proficiency in schematic design and PCB layout tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, etc.). Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, analog / digital circuits, power electronics, and signal processing. Experience with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, etc.). Familiarity with EMI / EMC compliance standards and design best practices. Understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Testability). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment. Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in electronics hardware design and development.
