Hardware Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop electronic hardware for embedded systems and industrial applications.
• Select components based on performance, cost, and availability considerations.
• Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs using Altium, KiCad, or Eagle.
• Ensure power management, signal integrity, and compliance with EMI / EMC standards.
• Conduct hardware validation, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and production teams for seamless system integration.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (design files, test reports, and user manuals).
• Support prototype development and transition designs from concept to mass production.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Proficiency in schematic design and PCB layout tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, analog / digital circuits, power electronics, and signal processing.
• Experience with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, etc.).
• Familiarity with EMI / EMC compliance standards and design best practices.
• Understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Testability).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in electronics hardware design and development.
