We are looking for motivated and reliable Chat Support Executives to join our growing customer service team at Shade Technology (Private) Limited.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing online customer conversations through live chat. You’ll assist customers by answering their questions, resolving basic issues, and providing a positive service experience — all through written communication, with no phone calls required.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer interaction and comfortable working in a fast‑paced digital environment.
Applicants must have a minimum education of Matric to Intermediate and be willing to work in night or rotational shifts as required.
