Sales Executive (Chat-Based / Design Sales)

Experience : 6 Months - 1 year(Discord, Twitch and twitter)

Salary +commission : Upto 60k

Timings : Night shift (10pm to 6am)

Days : Monday to Friday

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients .
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : Up to Rs60,000.00 per month

Requirements & Skills

Must have good written English skills (for chat with international clients)

Basic understanding of online platforms like Discord, Twitch, and Twitter

Ability to sell services through chat in a professional and polite way

Able to follow and implement sales strategies to reach targets

Good communication skills to build trust and long-term client relationships

Can provide support and customer service during the full sales process

Capable of working with the marketing team to help with offers and promotions

Ability to handle multiple chats at once without errors

Basic understanding of digital services or design projects (preferred but not must)

Self-motivated and can work independently during night shift

Knows how to manage time and keep track of leads / sales
