I'm actively recruiting for a Customer and Chat Support Executive to join our team. The candidate should possess Ecommerce CS experience. Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner. Provide accurate information about our products / services, pricing, and resolve customer concerns or issues. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide feedback to improve products / services based on customer insights. Requirements
Must have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience. 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Must have Ecommerce Customer Support experience (Local). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of customer support principles and practices is a plus. Location
