Master1Tech is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the delivery of IT outsourcing projects for our U.S. and global clients. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions in ERP, cloud, AI, e-commerce, and IT help desk services. Working closely with our U.S. headquarters and Pakistan-based teams, you will bridge cultural and operational gaps, aligning project goals with client expectations. Your role will be pivotal in upholding Master1Tech’s commitment to transparency, precision, and building bridges through business.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage full project lifecycles for ERP implementations, cloud migrations, AI applications, e-commerce platforms, and IT help desk solutions.

Coordinate with U.S.-based clients and Pakistan-based development teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and track progress using tools like Jira or Trello.

Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders with transparency.

Oversee quality assurance and ensure alignment with Master1Tech’s high standards.

Foster cross-cultural collaboration, aligning with our mission to connect diverse communities.

Leverage the website survey to evaluate team skills and ensure project readiness.

Job Specification :

Required Skills and Tools :

Project Management : PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification (preferred)

Tools : Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Confluence

Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with ERP (NetSuite, SAP), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AI / ML, e-commerce, and help desk systems

Communication : Exceptional verbal and written English for U.S. client interactions

Soft Skills : Leadership, problem-solving, cultural sensitivity, stakeholder management

Other : Risk management, budgeting, resource allocation, agile methodologies

Experience Requirements

5+ years of project management experience in IT outsourcing or software development.

Proven track record of managing projects for international clients, preferably U.S.-based.

Experience with ERP, cloud, or AI projects is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile practices.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

High English proficiency for clear, professional communication.
