Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Team Lead will manage and oversee daily team activities, mentor team members, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating with various departments, developing and implementing effective strategies, and ensuring that team goals align with organizational objectives. The Team Lead will also be responsible for regular performance assessments and fostering a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills, including team management and mentoring
• Project Management skills, including strategic planning and execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in real estate or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, Pakistan
