Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Portfolio Lead / Investment Advisor / Team Lead at Graana.com. The Portfolio Lead will be responsible for managing and advising on real estate investment portfolios, leading a team of advisors, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, creating investment strategies, coordinating with clients, and providing guidance to the team. The role also involves fostering a strong team environment, meeting performance targets, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications

Experience in portfolio management, investment advisory, and team leadership within the real estate industry

Skills in market analysis, strategy development, and client relationship management

Strong leadership and teamwork abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with real estate market trends and financial analysis

Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Advanced knowledge of real estate investment strategies and portfolio management techniques
