Compensation : Base Salary + Commission

Our client, a leading name in Pakistans real estateindustry, is looking for a proactive and target-driven Financial Advisor to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding investment needs, and driving successful real estate sales.

Job Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to assess investment needs
Recommend suitable real estate options and explain investment benefits
Build strong client relationships and maintain ongoing engagement
Present proposals, negotiate deals, and ensure successful closings
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends, inventory, and competitor offerings
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction

Key Requirements

2+ years of experience in real estate or premium sales (real estate preferred)

Bachelors degree (required)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
