We’re seeking a
Marketing & Business Development Specialist
to help us grow our network, expand our client base, and strengthen our brand presence in the scientific and commercial ecosystems.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate is a proactive, articulate professional who can move fluidly between
marketing, outreach, and relationship-building.
You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing communications, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance visibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Growth & Lead Development Identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients and strategic partners.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
Maintain and update CRM databases to track leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
2. Outreach & Strategic Partnerships Conduct structured outreach to universities, research labs, distributors, and industry partners.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Build institutional relationships and identify collaboration opportunities.
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Maintain post-project communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Gather client feedback and manage testimonials or case studies.
Support leadership in maintaining key client accounts and strategic relationships.
4. Marketing Communications & Brand Visibility Develop and manage digital marketing content for social media and the company website.
Coordinate media relations, announcements, and online engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences
(with business or communication interest).
1–3 years of experience in
marketing, business development, or client relations , preferably in
pharma, biotech, or nutraceutical
sectors.
Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Proficiency with LinkedIn, digital marketing tools, and CRM software.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, science-driven environment.
