Technical Team Lead

Urgently needed a Team Lead having experience in Software Development for at least 3 years in some Software dealing with Offshore Clients and working on Strict Deadlines.

The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Team Lead, leading a team of a minimum of 5 developers, including both experienced and junior developers who require technical support. Therefore, the applicant must hold in-depth knowledge of all the major technologies and tools used in the software industry, including PHP, MySQL, Magento, WordPress, Joomla, CSS, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CURL, jQuery, JavaScript, and ZEND Coding Standards.

• Preparing Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
• Preparing System Design Specifications (SDS)
• Preparing Complete Project Plan
• Preparing and Allocating Tasks to the Developers
• Ensuring completion and Testing of the Tasks Done
• Ensuring the Tasks done by the developers meet the Final Deadline
• Providing Technical Support to Developers whenever needed
