CNC Machine Instructor

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. Responsibilities : Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum for the CNC Machine Diploma Program. Provide hands-on training in CNC machine operation, programming, and maintenance. Teach students how to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Ensure students understand safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment. Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical exams. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CNC technology. Maintain and manage CNC lab equipment and tools. Qualifications : Diploma, B.Tech or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. On field 10 years of experience, Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC Laithe and Miling machining, prior teaching or training experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of CAD / CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to student success and continuous improvement in teaching methods.
