Product Sales Specialist

In this dynamic role, you will help define the product roadmap, client journey through the sales process and help to build compelling content and sales strategies. As we advance and evolve in product development, you will collaborate with our marketing team to craft innovative content and sales solutions. Your efforts will drive success across multiple channels, including online platforms, in-person interactions, and sales calls. We know old fashioned sales techniques, pitches, and strategies don't work anymore, and we want you to help bring our products into the new world of AI and automations for selling.

We’re looking for a dynamic thinker that can raise the bar for sales with our new to market products. With comprehensive product training, you’ll have the expertise to develop innovative product sales strategies in collaboration with our marketing team, and craft compelling sales collateral and content tailored for online clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help define new product vision, goals, and roadmap
• Create sales strategies for new products
• Working with marketing, build collateral for new products
• Automate and streamline sales processes
• Optimize sales through improved messaging and content
• Engage with potential new clients in sales calls and demos
• Be the expert on Silverdale and Silverdale products
• Maintain up-to-date information on leads and pipeline
• Embrace and work within Silverdale processes and culture
