Responsibilities : Directly responsible for shops of the respective divisions for functional and administrative responsibilities. To improve stock turnover ratios, reduce stock holding value and increase sales to meet sales targets. Always be on the lookout for new and related business opportunities to add to the bottom-line as well as enhance the branch's brand image amongst prospective buyers. To analyze the training requirement for providing a satisfactory staff development program. Customer Handling. Managers & sales staff training about customer interaction. Dealing, display, product & company knowledge. Provide sales targets to managers every month. Shop displays. Handling stock shuffling & inventory matters. Staff evaluation. Implement any marketing activity inside the store, e.g., banners, steamer, inside store skins. Cash checking and stock counting after 15 days. Information about shops covered area. Monitoring daily sales. Shops demand / renovation / minor repairs. Maintain overall discipline in shops. Job Specification
