Position : Business Development Manager - HR Recruitment
Location : Remote, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR recruitment and a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. This is a remote position, based in Pakistan, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to management
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on business developmentProven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationshipsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of the HR recruitment industry and market trendsAbility to work independently and remotelyProficient in using CRM software and other sales toolsWillingness to travel for client meetings as neededWe Offer
