Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising construction projects, managing workers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the project. You will need to have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities : 1. Must have good market knowledge and must have connections with various vendors. 2. Supervising construction projects and ensuring that they are being completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 3. Coordinating and managing workers, including conducting site inductions and training where necessary. 4. Overseeing the construction process, including scheduling subcontractors and materials, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are being adhered to. 5. Providing technical advice and resolving any problems that arise during the construction process. 6. Maintaining accurate records of all project activities, including progress reports and budgets. 7. Ensuring that all project documentation is up to date and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Job Specification

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering. 2. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. 3. Good communication skills and ability to work well with others. 4. Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, software, and equipment.
