Civil Engineer

Location : Gulberg Expressway, Block B, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

Job Specification

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a 40-storey residential building
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Create and manage resource-loaded plans with accurate material and manpower allocations
• Generate and analyze S-curves for effective tracking of project resources and materials
• Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and structural standards
• Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers
• Monitor progress and report on timelines, costs, and resource utilization

Required skills :

Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel for planning and resource management

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for structural and architectural coordination

Ability to develop and interpret S-curves in a resource-loaded planning context

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with local building codes, CDA regulations, and construction practices in Islamabad

Educational Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Master’s in Project Management (preferred)

Experience Requirements :

6 Month to 3 years

Working Days :

Monday to Saturday
