Work with tax professionals to manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting. Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns. Skills, Expertise, and Qualifications - Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting roles Technical Skills : Proficiency in analyzing financial data and preparing comprehensive reports to provide insights and support decision-making. Expertise in budget development and creating accurate financial forecasts to guide financial planning and resource allocation. Advanced knowledge of financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for efficient financial data management and analysis. Expertise in identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing expenses, and optimizing resource allocation. Adept at overseeing internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal controls. Skilled in effectively managing cash flow to optimize working capital and meet financial obligations. Soft Skills : Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
