Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Streamline sales operations through process improvements and CRM enhancements.

Support the team with training, tools, and cross-functional coordination to achieve targets.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum Bachelors , or MBA

At least 2 year of sales experience, preferably FMCG

Well versed with Microsoft excel and word
