Position : Sales Manager - Lahore
Responsibilities
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meet planned sales goals and targets.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promote the organization's products and brand.
- Understand target customers and how they relate to the company's products.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.Strong background in customer relationship management (CRM).Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Application Deadline : 12-Oct-2025.
