Position : Sales Manager - Lahore Responsibilities
Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meet planned sales goals and targets.
Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation.
Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff.
Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Promote the organization's products and brand.
Understand target customers and how they relate to the company's products.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Strong background in customer relationship management (CRM).
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
