About the Role :

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountants (CA) to join our growing US‑based healthcare Client, specializing in behavioral and psychiatry services in the Capacity of Senior Financial Accountant Role. This remote position will be based in Pakistan, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in the United States.

The ideal candidate must possess an expert understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and prior experience or strong, demonstrated knowledge of the financial and operational aspects of the USA. This role will be critical in ensuring financial reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance, and providing actionable insights to the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

A. Financial Reporting & Compliance

• US GAAP Mastery : Ensure all financial statements, reporting packages, and internal documentation strictly adhere to US GAAP standards and principles.
• Month-End Close : Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including timely and accurate preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Audit Preparation : Coordinate with external auditors and manage the preparation of all required schedules, supporting documentation, and responses to audit inquiries.
