AAA Associates is looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Manager, responsible for developing, planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company’s Social Media strategies in order to increase online presence, brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, increase sales and clientele.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategies and goals
- Grow and expand the company social media presence into new platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop brand awareness and online reputation
- Promote products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with the company’s brand and social media strategy
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media posts / messages by working with other company departments including advertising, development, sales & marketing.
- Define the most important social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Create, manage, and oversee social media content including text posts, video, and images
- Manage and measure the success of all social media campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools
- Schedule social media posts using applications
- Work with copywriters, content writers, and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, social media posts, and messages
- Collect customer data and analyze interaction and visits, using the information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage a budget for promoting social media posts, display ads, and pay-per-click
- Provide constructive feedback
- Research and monitor the activity of company competitors
- Adhere to rules and regulations
- Compile and present progress reports to Senior Management (ROI)
- Hire and train team members
- Meet with clients and other stakeholders, which may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns
Job Specification
