Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across verticals using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Mailchimp, Snov.io, and HubSpot
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up
- Convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities through persuasive communication and strategic targeting
Executive Support & Meeting Alignment
Schedule and coordinate high-impact meetings for the CEO with potential clients, partners, and stakeholdersPrepare briefing notes, pitch decks, and follow-up materials to support executive engagementsDesign and execute targeted email campaigns and drip sequences using Mailchimp and HubSpotUtilize Apollo.io and Snov.io for contact enrichment, segmentation, and outreach personalizationMonitor campaign performance and optimize based on engagement metricsReporting & Analytics
Track KPIs including lead conversion rates, meeting outcomes, and revenue impactPresent weekly reports to the CEO and leadership team with actionable insightsRequired Skills & Qualifications
4+ years in business development, sales, or marketing roles within tech, healthcare, or staffing sectorsPrior experience supporting C‑suite executives or managing enterprise‑level accountsFamiliarity with multi-vertical business models and cross‑functional collaborationExperience : 4+ years
