Key Responsibilities : Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across verticals using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Mailchimp, Snov.io, and HubSpot Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up Convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities through persuasive communication and strategic targeting

Executive Support & Meeting Alignment Schedule and coordinate high-impact meetings for the CEO with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders Prepare briefing notes, pitch decks, and follow-up materials to support executive engagements

Marketing & Outreach Automation Design and execute targeted email campaigns and drip sequences using Mailchimp and HubSpot Utilize Apollo.io and Snov.io for contact enrichment, segmentation, and outreach personalization Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on engagement metrics

Reporting & Analytics Track KPIs including lead conversion rates, meeting outcomes, and revenue impact Present weekly reports to the CEO and leadership team with actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years in business development, sales, or marketing roles within tech, healthcare, or staffing sectors Prior experience supporting C-suite executives or managing enterprise-level accounts Familiarity with multi-vertical business models and cross-functional collaboration
