Minute Marketing is seeking a sharp, results-driven
Marketing Manager
who can take full ownership of
lead generation ,
content production , and
social media operations . This person will manage the marketing pipeline end-to-end from strategy to execution and ensure that every piece of content, every post, every campaign directly contributes to
business growth . The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, capable of leading creative teams while maintaining strict performance KPIs. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Growth
Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies across digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, SEO). Build and manage funnels for inbound & outbound leads. Coordinate cold outreach campaigns (email, WhatsApp automation, LinkedIn). Track CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI. Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and channels. Team Leadership
Production Team
Plan content calendars and ensure timely production of high‑quality photo / video assets. Supervise shoots, edits, and post‑production workflows. Maintain brand consistency across all projects. Social Media Team
Oversee daily posting, community management, and engagement strategies. Ensure content aligns with performance KPIs (reach, engagement, leads). Guide creators / designers to improve creative quality and brand voice. Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for corporate clients and internal awareness. Launch ad campaigns, track performance, and optimize creative and targeting. Coordinate with sales to ensure marketing‑to‑sales pipeline is smooth. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain dashboards for lead generation, reach, engagement, and conversion. Analyze campaign performance and implement data‑driven improvements. Present weekly and monthly reports to management. Brand & Content Strategy
Develop brand message, positioning, tone of voice for Minute Marketing. Drive creative direction for all content (digital ads, reels, stories, B2B decks). Stay updated on viral trends and integrate them into marketing. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or relevant field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or content strategy. Strong understanding of paid ads, funnels, audience targeting, and analytics. Experience managing small creative teams (video, design, social media). Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proven ability to hit KPIs and deliver measurable results. KPIs
Monthly qualified leads generated. Cost per lead (CPL) within target range. Growth in reach, engagement, and conversions on social platforms. Content production turnaround time and quality score. Campaign ROI and sales pipeline contribution. Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Familiarity with CRM and tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
