Head of Marketing (Onsite, Islamabad, PKR Salary)

Requirements :

• 9+ years of overall marketing experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role as Head of Marketing.
• Strong strategic and operational marketing expertise, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and executing high-impact campaigns.
• Experience in Middle East markets preferred, with exposure to international marketing practices.
• Background in proptech or related sectors preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and inspire marketing teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to oversee both strategy and execution effectively.
