Job Summary As a Senior / Mid‑Level SDR you’ll be the tip of the spear for outbound sales. Using pre‑researched warm and cold prospect lists, you will connect with CEOs of SMBs ( Benefits & Compensation
Competitive base ($1,500) + uncapped commission – realistic $3,500+ for 150 % quota

2+ years of outbound sales or lead‑gen experience in B2B SaaS (Senior) OR 1‑2 years (Mid‑Level) with a proven track record of booking demos with CEOs, founders, or department heads
Hunter mentality : you thrive on targets, competition, and overachievement
Fluent English with exceptional phone and written communication skills
Hands‑on with HubSpot (or similar CRM like Salesforce, Pipedrive) and modern sales tech stacks
Comfort working 100 % remotely and aligning with US EST hours
Fast learner who can master new AI products and value props quickly
