Finance Executive

Jaffer Business Systems is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented

Finance Executive

to join our finance team supporting a US-based business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in financial operations, US GAAP standards, and US taxation processes while working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate reporting and strategic financial insights.

Note :

This role supports a US-based business, so

knowledge of US business practices and basic understanding of US taxation

is required.

06 : 00pm-03 : 00am Location :

Karachi

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day financial operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and report generation.

Assist in preparing and analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and other key financial reports.

Develop and maintain financial dashboards and visual reports using

Microsoft Excel

and

Power BI .

Work with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide actionable insights.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Help ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies.

Learn and apply

US financial reporting standards

and

taxation basics

in all relevant tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree

in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

0–1 year of experience

in a finance-related role (internships and academic projects are considered).

Strong knowledge of

SAP, QBO, Microsoft Excel

with

Power BI

is a plus.

Basic understanding of

US business operations

and

US taxation

(corporate and payroll taxes preferred).

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote collaboration environment.
