Overview
I'm actively recruiting for a Customer and Chat Support Executive to join our team. The candidate should possess Ecommerce CS experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products / services, pricing, and resolve customer concerns or issues.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide feedback to improve products / services based on customer insights.
Requirements
Must have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service.Must have Ecommerce Customer Support experience (Local).Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of customer support principles and practices is a plus.Location
PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Days : Monday to Saturday
