to help us secure projects on platforms such as

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements, and experience in writing winning proposals.

Responsibilities

Identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms.

Write customized, professional proposals to attract clients.

Communicate with clients to understand project needs.

Coordinate with our internal team to prepare accurate technical and financial responses.

Maintain records of bids, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a freelance bidder or business development executive.

Familiarity with IT services (software development, digital marketing, web design, etc.).

Strong English writing and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).

Compensation

Fixed salary + commission (based on performance and project closures).
