Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and optimize accounts on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Develop engaging, keyword-rich profile descriptions, gig listings, and service offerings to attract potential clients.
• Regularly update portfolios to showcase completed projects and highlight new capabilities.
• Identify relevant projects and submit compelling, customized proposals tailored to client needs.
• Apply effective bidding strategies to maximize the success rate while maintaining profitability.
• Maintain a high response rate and proactively follow up with potential clients.
• Monitor platform analytics to assess bidding effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Suggest and implement strategies to increase project acquisition and overall ROI.
• Stay updated with marketplace trends and competitor activities to refine approaches.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and delivered effectively.
